Most plant losses happen in transit, not in your home. Here's exactly what happens between our bench and your front door.
1. Hand-selected
We pull your exact plant off the bench, check the roots, and photograph it before it leaves the greenhouse.
2. Wrapped and braced
Soil is capped, the pot is bagged, and the stem is braced so nothing shifts. No loose dirt, no snapped leaves.
3. Heat-managed
Arizona summers are brutal. Orders ship early in the week with insulated liners and, in peak heat, a cold pack.
4. Delivered or planted
Local orders are hand-delivered. Add installation and we place, plant and clean up before we leave.
Our mix
Blended in-house, batch by batch
Bark, perlite, coco chips and worm castings, mixed for airflow so roots stay oxygenated in Arizona heat. Every plant ships in the same mix it was grown in, so there's no transplant shock on day one.
